Construction teams lose time, money, and trust when shared tools, equipment, and materials are hard to locate or track.

QR-based asset tracking, tool movement workflows, setup checklist, QR label guide, pilot onboarding strategy, dashboard direction, and field-first UX.

Designed for the truck and the jobsite first. Visibility before automation; the dashboard exists to make the work easier to carry forward.

A technical marine consulting business needed a clearer public web presence that could communicate credibility, expertise, and environmental context.

System built

Next.js / Sanity direction, marine-themed information architecture, depth-zone visual concept, technical sales positioning, and CMS-ready page structure.

Visual language is grounded in the work — depth zones and environmental cues — not borrowed startup motifs.

Frank and Evan needed a real estate web presence that felt distinct, credible, and more memorable than a generic property or agent website.

System built

A real estate website built around the “Tale of Two Rivers” identity, with place-based visual storytelling, clear brand direction, custom landing page structure, responsive design, and a more atmospheric presentation of the offering.

Problem

Most of the digital tools we use are designed to hold attention, push decisions, and obscure the cost of using them. There is room for tools designed the other way around.

System intended

A long-term project — essays, principles, and small design experiments — about how digital tools shape attention, work, and trust. Not a product and not for sale.

Stewardship

Stated as what it is — mostly unwritten. The site you are reading is the first piece of it that exists.

Problem

My work spans web development, AI workflows, dashboards, construction technology, creative systems, real estate websites, wellness platforms, marine consulting, and philosophy. A normal portfolio would flatten that into a basic skill list.

System built

A personal site with a Studio Console, Systems Atlas, service archetypes, project workbench, and a quiet bridge into Seventh Agora.

Stewardship

Built as a maintainable, plain Next.js project — ready for Sanity later, not over-engineered now.
